- Payment Issues: If your payment was deducted but the gift was not created, email us with your order ID. We will resolve it within 24 hours.
- Refund Requests: Unclaimed gifts are automatically refunded after 30 days. For other refund queries, see our Refund Policy.
- KYC Verification: For gift transactions below ₹10,000, only UPI ID verification is needed. For ₹10,000 and above, PAN verification is required as per SEBI guidelines.
- Gift Not Received: Ensure the receiver has a Zerodha demat account and the gift has not expired (gifts are valid for 30 days).
- Account Issues: For login, signup, or account-related issues, write to us at support@equish.in.
